VIDEO: King believes fans could make all the difference against Morpeth

Manager Jon King feels South Shields fans’ could again make the difference for his side when they take on Morpeth Town in a ‘huge’ FA Vase tie on Saturday.

The Shields supporters have given the team incredible backing so far this season, both in terms of their numbers and their encouragement for the players during games.

There have been three attendances of over 1,000 at Mariners Park over the last two months, and there could be another bumper crowd for the visit of Ebac Northern League Division One leaders Morpeth.

In the video above, King discusses how important he feels the ’12th man’ could be, and appeals on the public to again come out in their numbers.

He also previews the match, talks about how training has gone, reveals his affinity for Morpeth and gives some team news ahead of Saturday’s 3pm kick-off.
