South Shields travel to Newton Aycliffe on Tuesday for their second Northern League Division One match of the season.
The Mariners go into the game on the back of Saturday’s dramatic 3-3 draw at Consett, with Jon Shaw scoring the equaliser in the last minute.
They will hope to get their first victory of the season on the board at Moore Lane Park (DL5 5AG), but know it will be difficult.
Newton Aycliffe beat Shields on penalties in the semi-final of the Durham Challenge Cup last season.
Seats on a supporters’ coach to Tuesday’s game are available by calling 0191 454 7800 or popping into Mariners Park.
Places cost £7 for those in the SSFC Members’ Club, and £10 for non-members. The coach will depart Mariners Park at 6pm, with the match kicking off at 7.30pm.

An estimated 300 South Shields fans made the trip to Marske United for the Mariners’ first match of the campaign in the FA Cup on Saturday.
The club would truly appreciate a similar following again this weekend as Shields look to get some early points on the board from what is sure to be a testing fixture.
Consett are one of the Northern League’s best-supported clubs, and at least 350 home supporters will be expected on Saturday.
A large away following would surely create a fantastic atmosphere as Shields go up against a side which kicked-off their league campaign with a 7-0 victory over Ashington on Tuesday.
Shields made three trips to Belle View last season, with two victories over Consett in cup competitions, and a defeat on penalties to Morpeth Town in the FA Vase.
