South Shields FC have continued their long-lasting relationship with 1st Cloud Accountants.

The club and the accountancy firm have worked together since 2015, and they have held the naming rights for the Mariners’ home ground since 2020, as well as various advertising around the site.  

In 2023, the naming rights deal was extended until at least the summer of 2025. 1st Cloud Accountants is a leading firm of chartered certified accountants who use the latest technology to deliver their award-winning service.

The firm was reborn in its current form with a rebranded in 2013, but has roots going as far back as the 1980s.  

They have since become one of the largest independent accountants in the region, employing 22 people across two sites in South Shields and in Sunderland. 

They offer all the traditional accountancy and taxation services you would expect, however, excel in more bespoke outsourcing solutions for businesses of all sizes.   

They have a solution from the birth of a business to its final succession or exit plan. They also offer all personal taxation solutions including income tax returns, trusts tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax planning, overseas taxes and much more.
