South Shields FC partners with Seriös Group

South Shields FC is delighted to announce a partnership with Seriös Group.

Formed in February 2020, Seriös Group is a boutique data and test solutions provider, specialising in systems and data integration, data analytics and software testing.

The company operates across the UK and internationally but is based in Newcastle and has a team of more than 50 specialists.

Seriös Group operates across multiple industry sectors, including real estate, telecommunications, technology, financial services, automotive and sport, and helps to unify businesses to unlock the full potential of their data with analytics.

It is now closely aligned with South Shields FC as part of the exciting new partnership.

Seriös Group CEO Lee Rorison said: “Myself and my co-founder David Milnes are huge football fans.

“I’m red and white, he’s black and white, and after attending a number of non-football events at 1st Cloud Arena I was really impressed with the set-up.

“I’d been following the team from afar, as I’m a big Julio Arca fan, but I decided to come along to the cup tie against Bishop Auckland earlier this season and was again bowled over with the facilities and just how friendly everyone was.

“Carl Mowatt really looked after us and since then we have kept talking, and it was a no-brainer for us to get more involved with the club.

“I’m excited to attend games for the rest of the season and beyond as our partnership strengthens.

“I’m particularly enthused by what the club is doing with its Academy, International Academy and Foundation programmes, which I’m keen to help out with if we can.”

Seriös One, a proprietary data platform, was recently launched to provide powerful insights, analytics and dynamic solutions to businesses.

The platform also offers football analytics capabilities, with Seriös Group currently working with Sunderland AFC to assist with opposition analysis.
