Pay on the Gate is available for Home Supporters at Turnstile 1, 2, 5 and 6.

Pay on the Gate is available for Away Supporters. Entry is ticket-only, via Turnstile 3 and 4.

Upgrades to Red Block and Durata Stand seating can be purchased from the 50-50 Hut, near Turnstile 1 and 2.

Upgrades for Balcony are also now available to purchase, and behind the bar in Barbour subject to availability, for the price of £5.

HOME FANS

We will no longer be charging for or issuing refunds for reusable plastic cups.

Turnstiles and food and drink outlets are open from 18:00pm.

AWAY FANS

No segregation is in place, but we are requesting away fans to enter via Turnstiles 3 & 4.

Food and drinks kiosks will be available across the site, for use by away and home fans.                                                                                                                                             

OTHER KEY INFORMATION

A three-lane queuing system will be in operation in the New Stand Bar.

TVs in all bars will be screening Sky Sports/Terrestrial TV matches.

Shipley and Barbour Function rooms in the Club House are PRIVATE lounges and are available to Box Holders, Balcony Season Ticket Holders, and Shipley Hospitality guests before and after the game.

Guests of the Shipley and Balcony Ticket Holders are welcome to use the Barbour bar, until where pass restrictions and wristbands apply, subject to availability and room capacity.

New upgrades for Balcony are available to purchase on the day of the game at the Barbour bar, subject to availability, for the price of £5.

We recommend arriving early to avoid queuing for entry.

The Club Shop, located in the Wolf Competitions Stand near Turnstiles 1 and 2, will be open from 18:00pm – KO, Half-Time, and from FT – Close.

PARKING

Limited, unreserved parking is available on Shaftesbury Avenue. It is recommended to arrive early to secure your place.

More parking is available on Bedesway, with access via Turnstile 5.

TRAVEL

Nearest Metro is Bede, a five-minute walk to Turnstiles.

SECURITY

A reminder to spectators that there is a safeguarding policy at the club and all minors 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult to gain access to the ground.

Security will be challenging youths at the turnstiles for proof of age.

Once in the ground please remember all minors 12 years and younger must still be accompanied by their responsible adult.

If any minors are found misbehaving, their responsible adult will be given one warning only, before facing a club ban.

This is for the protection of the club and our fans and our duty of care towards minors while on the premises. 

Any spectators misbehaving or acting abusive, verbally or physically at our match day events will be warned and given clear instructions before then being removed and escorted away from the club with a banning order.

We want to provide a respectful family atmosphere at the club and any abuse or hostility will not be tolerated.

SSFC is now working closely with Northumbria Police to clamp down on any issues of hostility and violence.

We hope our fans can support us with this going forward by complying with the rules, as well as highlighting any concerns on match days to keep it the enjoyable match day experience we all know and love to enjoy.
