Appointed to the first-team coaching staff following the appointment of Kevin Phillips as manager, Wess Brown is a coach with a growing reputation.

Also manager of the club’s Academy, Brown has previously worked in Sunderland AFC’s Academy and has played a vital role in the development of a host of young players.

He is now making his mark at first-team level.
