SSFC Foundation is recruiting a Sports Development Officer to join its fast-growing team.

Job Title: Sports Development OfficerContracted hours: Minimum of 20 hours per week Place of work: Various locations across Tyne and Wear Rate of pay: £9-£10 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
We are looking for the right person to join our fast-growing team. You’ll be independent, creative and able to demonstrate how you add value to the work of the Foundation in creating incredible memories and experiences for the people we work with. You’ll work mainly in primary education settings across a number of our high-quality bespoke programmes which extend from EYFS to KS2. You must be enthusiastic, able to build and maintain a strong rapport with children and capable of recognising and responding to individual and group needs.
Successful applicants must have:• An up-to-date Level 2 coaching qualification • First aid certificate • Safeguarding certificate • All job offers subject to DBS check (criminal record check)
Preferable qualities:• Relevant industry experience • EYFS experience • Experience of creative work programme design and delivery • Football coaching experience
