Job Vacancy: Admin and Accounts Officer

We are looking for a responsible individual to take the role of Admin and Accounts Officer at South Shields Football Club.

The role will be full-time, but applicants must be prepared to work varying hours covering Monday to Saturday due to the nature of the business.

Applicants must have excellent phone manner, strong computer skills, excellent organisation and the ability to work under pressure.

Duties include:

  • General administrative duties
  • Answering phone calls
  • General customer service

Skills and qualifications:

  • Computer literate (with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office)
  • Purchase Orders and Invoicing
  • Attention to detail
  • Clear and professional manner
  • Initiative
  • Organised and level-headed
  • Experience within a previous admin role
