Coach travel update: Bishop Auckland away
Supporters can still book their places on coach travel to Friday’s FA Vase match at Bishop Auckland.
Over 120 South Shields fans have already secured a seat, and due to the high demand, the club has now decided to order two 80-seater coaches.
Supporters therefore have until Friday lunchtime to book a place, as well as pay their £7 for a seat.
The coaches will depart Mariners Park at 5.30pm on Friday before returning from Bishop Auckland’s Heritage Park at about 10pm, providing the tie does not go into extra-time.
There looks sure to be a superb atmosphere in the ground on matchday, with supporters of both clubs set to get behind their team for what is a huge game.
Your support makes a huge difference, and it would be tremendous to see you at Heritage Park backing the Mariners in what is set to be a tough match against the Ebac Northern League Division One side.
Kick-off in the game will be at 7.45pm.
Places on a coach can be booked by calling 0191 454 7800, while payments can be made at the club.
Meanwhile, entry prices at Heritage Park will be £6 for adults, £4 for concessions and £2 for under-16s, while it is free for under-fives.
Bishop Auckland have stated that they are expecting a crowd approaching four figures to attend, and the turnstiles and function room bar will open at 6.15pm.
The coaches will be parked in the main car park at Heritage Park, while the second car park at the ground will also be open for fans looking to make their own way to the game. It is situated behind the March Hare pub and will be sign-posted. Entry into it will be free.
No vehicles will be allowed to park on the main road, and the nearby Sainsbury’s store usually enforce restricted parking for shoppers on matchdays.
