Business Energy Claims becomes South Shields main shirt sponsor

South Shields FC is delighted to announce Business Energy Claims as the club’s new first-team main shirt sponsor.

The company’s brand will appear on the front of all first-team shirts throughout the 2018-19 season.

Business Energy Claims, based in Boldon, has a team of energy and legal experts who help businesses to recover hidden commissions and losses from the mis-selling of energy contracts by energy brokers.

Callum Thompson, director at Business Energy Claims, said: “We could not be happier to partner with South Shields Football Club and become shirt sponsors.

“It is a hugely exciting time for both the club and for Business Energy Claims and we look forward to the opportunities the partnership will bring.

“The progress that the club is making both on and off the field is fantastic, and it is making great strides for further success in the future.

“Being from South Shields and being an avid fan, the club is close to my heart, so we are thrilled to become a part of the club’s ongoing success and wish them the best of luck for the coming season.”

South Shields FC Commercial Director David Mitchell said: “We are excited to be working alongside Business Energy Claims, which is a relatively new company looking to help businesses recover money where they have been over-charged.

“With a new club badge, new kit and new shirt sponsor heading into the coming season, this is a very exciting time to be part of the club, and we’re delighted Business Energy Claims have agreed to come on board.

“We look forward to working closely with them and would like to thank them for their support.”
